CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days before the arrival date will incur a fine.

Cancellations or changes resulting in a short stay, and made within 60 days of the arrival date, will forfeit the security deposit therefore:

Cancellation notice on rentals:

• More than 60 days before arrival date: 100% refund

• Between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date: 75% refund

• Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 25% refund

• Less than 15 days before the arrival date: 0% refund

• If the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, a full refund of the deposit will be given

• of security.

• Early departure does not guarantee any refund of the rent.
