Vivir en una urbanización privada en Manta, definitivamente es para familias que aman la tranquilidad y seguridad para todos los integrantes del hogar, incluso hasta para la mascota. En la zona sur de Manta se pueden encontrar casas por contrato de un año sin amoblar desde los 400, hasta casas amobladas en rangos de $600, 800, $1200 o más. Todo depende de su tamaño, ubicación, decoración.

Se trata de una urbanización construida por un empresario Mantense desde el 2010 aproximadamente.
Es una urbanización tranquila, no muy grande. Tiene una cancha de basquet. Son casas generalmente de 3 dormitorios, pero como en Rent in Manta siempre ofrece lo más exclusivo para nuestros clientes. Hoy queremos mostrarles esta hermosa propiedad completamente amoblada.
Se trata de dos casas unificadas con un total de 4 dormitorios con baño privado (1 planta baja y 3 planta alta), 1 oficina (planta alta), dos salas, 1 comedor, 2 parqueos con capacidad de hasta 4 vehículos medianos, area de bb1 y ducha exterior.
Muchas empresas buscan casas para alojar a sus trabajadores o familias que por trabajo deben mudarse a esta hermosa ciudad, pues esta es tu gran oportunidad. Se permiten cortas y largas estadías.

MANTA BEACH
Una de mis favoritas por su ubicación, esta ubicada en la zona sur de la ciudad, a tan solo 5 minutos de la playa San Mateo y a la misma distancia pero en la dirección opuesta, te encontrarás con la zona rosa donde están los mejores bares, restaurantes, hoteles, roof top.
Pero que hay dentro de esta ciudadela privada llamada Manta beach? Dos piscinas grandes ubicadas en diferentes areas. Una cancha de tenis, una magnifica área húmeda con piletas perfectas para niños (esto definitivamente les facinara a tus pequeños) y por si fuera poco tambien un parque para mascotas!. Su seguridad ni que decir!.

CASA BARBASQUILLO
Si conocen la vía Barbasquillo de Manta, sabrán que estan ubicados en el area mas exclusiva de la ciudad. Pues en toda esta famosa via se encuentra la ciudadela Universitaria.
Aqui, Rent in Manta, les ofrece una casa con piscina privada. Una casa de 2 pisos, con 4 habitaciones habilitadas pero cada una con baño privado. Hay agua caliente en toda la casa.
Donde no hay que preocuparse de nada, porque aqui en Casa Barbasquillo lo tiene todo. Una cocina completamente equipada, y cuando digo equipada es porque esta lista para recibir a familias grandes de 10 a 15 personas. Pero si no quieren cocinar, tampoco sera un problema porque a solo unos pasos encontraran la mejor gastronomía de Manta en sus diferentes restaurantes.
